What is GablePrep?
An independent study tool for the U.S. real estate license exams: practice questions with explanations that cite the law, state-format mock exams, real estate math, flashcards and a study plan. It works in your browser and can be installed on your phone.
Are you affiliated with my state real estate commission, PSI or Pearson VUE?
No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any state commission or testing provider. Each state page links to the official sources.
Does this replace the required pre-licensing course?
No. Most states require education from an approved school before you can take the exam. GablePrep helps you prepare for the exam itself and is not an approved course.
Where do the exam facts come from?
From state agencies and the exam providers’ candidate handbooks, read on the date shown on each page. Every fact has a link and a confidence label. When we could not find something, we say so rather than guess.
Where do the questions come from?
They are original questions written from statutes, regulations and widely taught principles — never copied from real exams, books or competitors — and checked by a separate review pass. Each cites its source and shows its verification date.
Which states do you cover?
The national portion applies everywhere. State-specific questions are available for Texas, Florida, California, New York and Pennsylvania, with more states added over time. Exam facts are published for all 50 states and D.C.
What is free and what is paid?
Free: daily practice questions, a mini-exam, a few math problems a day, flashcards and the formula sheet. Paid: all full-length timed mock exams, unlimited practice, mistake review with spaced repetition, the day-by-day plan, full statistics and listen mode.
How much does it cost?
$14.99 per month, $39.99 for 3 months or $79.99 one-time lifetime access. Monthly and 3-month plans include a 7-day free trial.
How do I cancel?
In the app: Settings → Manage subscription. On iPhone or Android, through your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a pass guarantee?
Study-Completion Guarantee: finish your plan (3 full mock exams at the pass mark + 80% of daily tasks), still don’t pass on your first try, and we refund or extend. Conditions apply. Full conditions are in the terms.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After the first load, the web app caches the app and the question banks so you can study without a connection.
How do you protect my data?
Your progress lives on your device. We collect an email only if you give it and only collect analytics if you opt in. See the privacy policy; you can export or delete your data in Settings.
I found a mistake. What do I do?
Email support@gableprep.com with the question text. Corrections are logged with a date in the app’s “Content updates” screen.
