What we are — and are not

Independent exam prep. Not affiliated with any state real estate commission or testing provider. Not an approved pre-licensing course. Not legal advice.

We provide study questions, explanations and tools to help you prepare. We do not provide the state-approved pre-licensing education you may need before you can sit for the exam. Check your state commission’s requirements.

No guarantee of results

Exam content, formats and passing scores are set by each state and its exam provider and can change. Our practice exams approximate those formats; always confirm details in the official candidate handbook. We do not guarantee that you will pass, except as stated in the Study-Completion Guarantee below.

Accounts and access

Free access has daily limits. Paid plans unlock the features listed on the plan screen. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or scraped.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Monthly and 3-month plans start with a 7-day free trial for new customers. You will be charged the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. Plans renew automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for access for as long as we offer the product for your state.

Cancel any time: in Settings → Manage subscription (web), or in your Apple/Google subscription settings (mobile). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before any applicable taxes.

Refunds

If you are unhappy within 7 days of your first charge, email us for a refund. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by them under their policies.

Study-Completion Guarantee (3-month and Lifetime plans)

If you complete the plan in the app — at least 3 full-length mock exams for your state scoring at or above the practice pass mark, and 80% of your daily plan tasks — and you do not pass your first attempt at the real exam, we will refund your purchase price or extend your access, at your choice.

Requests: within 30 days after your exam date and no later than 120 days after purchase, send your exam score report and the date. Limit one refund per customer. Does not apply to purchases made through app stores where the store’s rules prevent it; in that case we extend your access at no cost.

Content and intellectual property

Questions and explanations are original works owned by us or our licensors. We do not use or reproduce real exam questions. You may use the content for your personal study only.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our content is educational and is not legal advice.

Changes, governing law, contact
